THREE-AND-A-HALF-DAY – Leadership and Management Training – Level 1
In the three-and-a-half-day management training, the focus is on 3 things. Firstly, deep trust. Secondly, sharing vulnerability. And lastly, an unshakable bond as a team. Participants come away with compassion for other team members and a willingness to go the distance to support each other. There is a deep understanding of choice of attitude, actions, perspective and even emotions. This results in teams moving towards a positive can-do mentality and work environment. Team members will come away with an authentic commitment to participating in a win-win environment.
As a result, the team will understand the power of being responsible individually an to the whole. In addition, they will also learn the value of integrity and deep commitment. In this training participants walk away with clarified personal and team objectives and ways to hold each other accountable across the board.
Team members receive individual preparation calls to set up participating in this highly-experiential management training and also explore their personal objectives and concerns. Surveys and Evaluations are issued post training for clear indication of whether the objectives were met. Follow-up sessions available to support implementation.
