TWO-DAY TRAINING ON LEADERSHIP – Level 1

In the two-day training on leadership, the focus is on team cohesion, respecting and knowing each other as a team. The team will also begin to understand how each member views situations in the way that they do. The roles of each team member are explored, appreciated and valued. Additionally, there will also be a feedback occurring as to that team member’s contribution throughout the training. Members come away with an understanding of what it means to be responsible, not just for their ‘area’ but to the whole.

The focus of the two-day training on leadership is trust, integrity and a commitment to
understanding the value of feedback. Team members receive individual preparation calls to set up participating in this highly-experiential training. They will also explore their personal objectives and concerns. Surveys and Evaluations are issued post training for clear indication of whether the objectives were met. Follow-up sessions for training on leadership are available to support implementation.
